RAYA CX has won the gold award for Digital Transformation Strategy at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA) 2022. This award further solidifies RCX’s journey towards digital transformation, technology enablement, and employee engagement.

The GCXA 22 award ceremony was held on February 21 at the Conrad Dubai Hotel, Dubai, UAE. The ceremony was attended by key players of the customer experience industry in the Gulf region and worldwide.

The winners’ list also included the Ministry of Health and Prevention UAE, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources - KSA, and the Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs and Housing - KSA. The award was received by Alaa Al Shafei, Chief Operating Officer of RCX, Mina Habib, Head of Marketing Department, Hossam Fouad, Operations Director of RCX, and Ahmed Abou Saada, Commercial Manager of RCX in UAE.

Following the announcement, Alaa Al Shafei has expressed his happiness for the awards granted to RCX; “RCX has always been at the top of the outsourcing companies in the region and has been granted dozens of remarkable awards. Today, the GCXA Awards come to crown our efforts in 2021, especially in the Gulf region; in 2021, we have proudly witnessed many updates in operations, performance, and expansions," Al Shafei said. 

He added, “Raya CX adopts a comprehensive strategy that aims to promote the CX of our partners. In this spirit, we are moving towards promoting the outsourcing industry in the region and speeding up steps towards digital transformation. We would not have achieved our remarkable achievement without our qualified team that puts forth significant efforts to ensure the delivery of top-notch services. Therefore, RCX has recently won a gold award for Digital Transformation Strategy, following winning two prominent awards in GCXA last year: gold award for CX in Times of Crisis and silver award in CX Team of the Year.”

Last quarter of 2021, RCX won five awards at the 16th Annual EMEA awards of Contact Center World (CCW) - an international association working to boost the practices of contact center services providers and customer experience.
