During the Holy month of Ramadan, Cinema 2, one of Orbit's favorite Arabic movie channels, will provide the Arab viewers with a series of admired Arabic movies admired by the Arabic movie lovers.
Orbit's Ramadan movie entertainment will kick off on Thursday 14th October at 1800 hrs GMT with Ahmed Zaki appearing in "Ma'ali El Wazeer", which will be aired exclusively on Cinema 2. The movie concentrates on the phenomenon of corruption and features a Minister suffering from insomnia due to his guilt for being corrupted and having destroyed the lives of his wife and daughter, as a cause of his corruption. Libliba also stars in the movie.
On Thursday 21 October, 1800 hrs GMT, a movie written by the famous novelist, Najeeb Mahfouz, entitled "Khayal El Asheq", will be aired on Cinema 2. "Elham" obeys her mother's insistence to marry "Salameh", a man she doesn't love. After Salameh showers her with gifts and gives her ownership to his properties, Elham forgets her love for "Ali", a poor man who failed to secure a decent life. Ali seeks to revenge the man who stole his lover. Wa'el Nour, Jihan Nasr and Ahmed Rateb star in the movie.
On Thursday, 28 October, 18:00 GMT, starred by Salah Thou El Faqar and Hala Fou'ad, Cinema 2 airs "Al Millionaira Al Hafiah", a light comedy featuring a young female thief who hacks the life of a respectable man. The change in his daily routine brings the movie into a range of comic moments.
The last Thursday of the Holy month, 18 November, "Wala Ala Bali" will be exclusively aired on Cinema 2. Following their romantic engagement days, two naive young couples optimistically enter a life of marriage and discover the big difference between their dreams and real life. The movie stars Miral and Ahmed Abdulghani.
