Applying for Bank products now available through an easy, online-only process

As a constant innovator in the market, RAKBANK has announced the launch of RAKBANK Direct, a new and contemporary method to banking in the UAE. RAKBANK Direct (www.rakbankdirect.ae) is a new website through which Bank customers can apply for products, including insurance policies, in a simple, online-only process.

"RAKBANK Direct is the Bank's latest offering for its busy customers who prefer to review, select, and apply for banking products from the comfort of sitting behind their computers," added Honeybill.  

RAKBANK Direct is the first platform of its kind in the UAE to give Bank customers the option of applying for customized insurance products online, including Motor Insurance, RAKcare, Family Shield Plus, and Travel insurance, all of which are provided by Oman Insurance Company. With a few clicks, customers can get a personalized quotation, upload requested documents, make a payment via their credit card or RAKBANK account, and log off from the site with a brand new insurance product!

In addition, all visitors to www.rakbankdirect.ae can apply for other products including a suite of RAKBANK credit cards, deposit accounts, and Wealth Management solutions.

The host of benefits available on www.rakbankdirect.ae include interactive and comprehensive tools and videos to inform customers of features and benefits when selecting a product that works for them. Additionally, customers can enjoy the added advantage of scheduling a call back with a customer service representative at their convenience, or simply addressing their queries on the spot through a Live Chat window. If at any point in the process the customer wishes to visit a RAKBANK physical location, be it a branch or an ATM, RAKBANK Direct provides a branch and ATM Locator on its website directly linked to Google Maps.
