RAK Ceramics, the world's largest ceramic tiles & sanitaryware manufacturing company, has revealed that it is among the 1,233 UAE organisations whose logos feature on the UAE Logos billboard that has been officially recognised as a world record by the Guinness World Records for having the most logos on a single billboard. The giant billboard, measuring 10 meters in height and 100 meters in length, was created to raise funds and awareness for several UAE-based charities. RAK Ceramics was one of the main sponsors of UAE Logos 2010 event.
Guinness World Records Adjudicator Adam Wide officially handed over the certification confirming the record to Discovery Exhibition Organizers (DEO), which organised the pioneering UAE Logos initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs Dubai Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs, Government of Dubai, and Dubai Autism Centre, at a special ceremony held recently at Dubai Festival City.
