The Public Warehousing Company and Midas today announced the signing of a long term warehousing leasing agreement. The deal is for PWC to design, build, equip and lease to Midas, a modern logistics center that caters to their ever-growing logistics and business needs.

From its new base, Midas will be able to realize a more efficient operation where it will consolidate all of its warehousing and distribution requirements under one roof. 

"The decision to choose PWC was a very easy decision given all the benefits we will realize at PWC," explained Khaldoun Khammach, Chairman of Midas. "We considered several options but decided to go with PWC given their long experience in managing similar projects," continued Mr. Khammach Furthermore, this association with PWC will enable Midas to take advantage of PWC's value added services like e-commerce.

By choosing PWC, Midas has moved away from Shuwaikh as an option with its busy streets, unhealthy storage environment, and high cost of storage. Whereas from PWC, Midas will be able to cover all of Kuwait in a matter of minutes and bypass busy intersection given PWC location at the crossroads of 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Ring Roads.
