Al Areen, Bahrain; Sunset Hills, a mixed-use development and one of the components of Al Areen masterplan south of Bahrain, announced today that the project is underway and on time with 80% of construction work completed.
Ahmed Habib, Head of Sales and Leasing - Sunset Hills said, 'Sunset Hills is going as per plan and schedule with the new design. With more than 80% of the construction completed, we are delivering as promised to our investors and unit owners.'
When it is complete, Sunset Hills will house 300 real estate units, including villas, town houses and luxury apartments. So far, 50% of the entire project was sold.
In an area that has been master-planned by the Government of Bahrain, and with a strategic location near the main planned transportation lines--including a ring road-- that are currently under development, Sunset Hills will enjoy easy accessibility and a life-friendly environment.
