RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, May 11, 2005 - HP today kicked off its 2005 security roadshow designed to update customers on the recently launched secure routing and mobile access solutions.

During the action-packed focused conferences, customers and IT partners will have an opportunity to speak to experts on the latest HP ProCurve portfolios and will acquire industry-leading knowledge on security solutions targeted at enhancing ROIT.

"We had over 100 customers at today's event in Riyadh and expect excellent results in Kuwait and Jordan later this week," said Ahmed Bawazir, business development manager ProCurve Networking by HP, HP Middle East. "Customers saw today for the first time, the next phase in HP's range of network products. HP continues to build breakthrough solutions with advanced features at affordable prices and with the introduction of ProCurve Secure Router 7000 series into the market, ProCurve is meeting the current and future business needs for the WAN, LAN and wireless LAN," Bawazir added.

HP ProCurve's Security Roadshow is set to visit Kuwait City on 11 May and Amman Jordan on 16 May. Customers from government institutes, financial institutes, health and hospitality sector are expected to attend.
