Dubai, UAE - 26 May 2014: Port-A-Cool, LLC, the worldwide leader in the portable evaporative cooling industry, has recently announced the expansion of their regional supply chain with new warehousing capabilities. The warehouse will be managed from a storage and distribution facility in JAFZA South Zone, Dubai.

Basing operations in the new UPS full-service warehouse in Jebel Ali allows Port-A-Cool to provide more streamlined customer support and supply capabilities throughout the region. Transit times for delivery will be reduced from several months to only days.

The launch of the reorganized distribution model strategically corresponds with the start of the harsh summer months in the region. As more customers begin looking for alternative cooling solutions, the Port-A-Cool team can more efficiently manage customer requests, provide comprehensive after-sales support and boost distribution capabilities throughout the Middle East.

Ben Wulf, Port-A-Cool CEO, was recently on site at the UPS facility in JAFZA. He expressed his excitement about the expansion and the company's commitment to the region.

"The Middle East has long been a key market for Port-A-Cool. Our evaporative cooling units are ideally designed for the regional climate," Wulf said. "As we enter into the hot summer months, we are working to raise awareness of the dangers of heat stress and the need for safe and cool working environments.
