Amman - Phonak AG, one of Sonova Group's companies, the leading provider of innovative hearing healthcare solutions, held its annual regional convention for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries in Amman during the period of November 3rd to November 5th, in the presence of its accredited agents from 20 Arab countries, and the Director of Global Sales, Rico Vannotti, and Director of Training, Barbara Muench, from the parent company in Switzerland and the Regional Director General, Engineer Ghazi Farouq. Farouq expressed his pride for the success of the convention, which is being held annually at the Company's regional headquarters in Amman / Jordan. He also stressed the importance of the convention this year due to the launch of the new developed technology generation used in the medical hearing aids from Phonak Spice.
Phonak, a Swiss company, has developed thanks to its high-tech potential a new worldwide standard in manufacturing and designing smart high quality hearing aids, which will enable the user to hear, understand and absorb the signals of different frequencies under all conditions and in different circumstances in a clear and real - time - framework. The new generation of Phonak medical hearing aids is known for its accurate and modern design and is provided with the smallest and the latest chip (Chipset) in the world. It also works very quickly and is able to complete 200 million operations per second, by 16 million transistors (Semi Conductor) and with a high storage card memory of 4100Kbit. These operations are managed by Phonak Target program.
