Riyadh: TAM, a Saudi consulting and digital solutions firm, today announced the appointment of Dr. Abdulla Elyas to its Board of Directors as it looks to expand its business and focus on delivering national and regional impact for public sector entities.
Dr Elyas, co-founder of regional tech success story Careem, will support TAM through its next phase of growth. Dr Elyas’s entrepreneurial background, expertise in launching and scaling tech start-ups, and management consulting experience made him an attractive appointment for TAM’s leadership.
Welcoming the new appointment, TAM’s CEO and co-founder, Abdullah A. Prior to Careem, Dr. Elyas’s portfolio of advisory and software consulting experience spanned multiple regional and international companies. A board member of several private sector companies in the Kingdom and wider region, he was appointed as a private sector representative board member of Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) in 2016.
