Dubai, United Arab Emirates, February 23rd, 2004. Oracle Corporation today announced a partnership with the Financial Times (FT) aimed at delivering new content to mobile operators. OracleÒ technology will provide news from the FT via Oracle’s Mobile Content and Service Delivery solution to operators throughout Europe and the Middle East.
