Recently, Ooredoo Kuwait provided sponsorship to INNOVA which selected students from various schools in Kuwait to participate in the Harvard Model United Nations 2022 which will take place at Harvard University in Boston to contribute to the development of their leadership skills and capabilities, believing in the importance of investing in Kuwaiti youth for a better future.
Commenting on this sponsorship, Senior Director, Corporate Communications, Ooredoo Kuwait, Mijbil Al-Ayoub, said: “Ooredoo is the first telecom company in the State of Kuwait to collaborate with Harvard Model United Nations 2022 and the INNOVA International English School to provide an exceptional learning experience. The four-day international relations simulations program will provide an insight into the workings of the United Nations and the dynamics of international relations by assuming the roles of international leaders and decision makers. The program provides school students the necessary skills to become future leaders”.
The Harvard Model United Nations 2022 strives to build a constructive forum for open discussion on a range of long-term issues such as international peace and security and economic and social progress in various countries of the world.
