Agreement offers a reliable and expedient way to directly transfer cash into bank accounts, settle loans payment and credit card bills; it brings the bank closer to clients with more than 900 OMT locations all over lebanon
Beirut -- OMT, the pioneering provider of financial services in Lebanon, and the Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l., have signed an agreement to provide the "Cash to Bank" service, which gives the bank's clients the convenience of being able to directly transfer cash into their current accounts and settle loan payments and credit card bills in the most convenient and reliable way through any of OMT's 900 locations.
The agreement falls within the framework of OMT's go-to-market strategy in Lebanon, and complements its consumers' experience while meeting the Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l.'s constant efforts to provide banking products and services to their customers in convenient and secure ways.
"Today's announcement shows how two major groups in Lebanon can collaborate in finding synergies between them to deliver win-win solutions to their common clients", said Hikmat Abou Zeid, executive board member at OMT.
With the "Cash to Bank" service, Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l.'s clients will only need to go to their nearest OMT location and show the OMT-Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l. card as well as their ID card for any transaction.
Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l. has recently launched "Redefining the Art of Banking", a new concept of banking whereby it has dismantled the barriers between the client and the bank.
Since 2008, under the management and vision of Mr. Yasser Mortada, Federal Bank s.a.l. has adopted the theme of "client satisfaction is first and foremost" while market players in the banking industry have quite similar strategies in satisfying the basic banking needs of their clients by offering products and services in the traditional manner since competition is mostly price-driven. Customers all over Lebanon can through any of OMT's 900 locations pay their monthly dues or transfer money to their accounts at Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l. by visiting the closest OMT offices.
