Oman Communications Company (Oman Mobile) inaugurated Customer Services Center at Al Qurum City Center, under the auspice of Her Excellency Dr. Rajha bint Abdulameer Ali, Minister of Tourism and with the presence of Adel bin Ismaeel Al Raisi, VP of Corporate Unit and act VP Personal Unit at Omantel and a number senior officials from Omantel's group.
The Minister of Tourism toured around the Customer services Center and a staff explained company's provided services for 1.7 million subscribers who enjoy the innovated mobile services.
Her Excellency Dr. Rajha said: we are delighted of inaugurating Oman Mobile's Customer Services Center and it is important to have Customer Service Center at AL Qurum City Center to provide the customers and center visitors with telecom services.
Her Excellency added that the Customer Services Center at the commercial center consider to be successful promotional factor that introduce many services provided by the group and also very helpful for subscribers and visitors to shop as well as complete their telecom services transactions .
Seleem Ahmed Abdullatif, General Manager of Sales Department at Personal Unit and act General Manager of Sales Department at Home Unit in Omantel said: the new outlet is added to Oman Mobil and Omantel Customer Services Centers group deployed throughout the Sultanate. The choice of the new outlet location comes due to the strategic site, mediating the city of Muscat and visitors flock to the center as it is an integrated commercial center.
Saleem Ahmed Abdullatif added: that Al Qurum City Center Customer Services Center equipped with the latest systems which provide services easily and the outlet designed with the colours of Oman Mobile logo and the outlet provides all Mobile services for all subscribers. The outlet provides Mada, Hayyak packages and bill payments in addition Oman Mobile's value added services or essential services and respond to all queries cooperation with call center 1234.
Whereas displayed some value added services provided by Oman Mobile In the Sultanate such as Oman Mobile's unique service ( click and talk ), it was demonstrated live to Her Excellency and the attendance how to use the service and its benefits.
However during the opening occasion also was displayed new (Blackberry Bold 9000) phone, which provides many services such as Blackberry and Oman Mobile launched it first in the Sultanate.
It is worth noting that the new outlet is extension of nine Oman Mobile customer services centers, in addition to 40 Omantel Customer Services Centers in all regions and wilayats of the Sultanate.
