Oman Insurance Company has taken several steps forward recently to redefine the customer journey and empower customers through digital capabilities. Since the portal’s activation a few weeks ago, the company has already received positive feedback from customers who purchased their motor insurance through this online channel. “I was able to do it all online without coming into your office. It was straightforward and easy to do. I've used you for years, but you have really simplified the process.” stated a very satisfied online shopper in a post-sale satisfaction survey.
