For the first time in the Kingdom, Nuqul Group hosted the reputable figure in the field of Human Resources, Dr. John Maxwell who was invited to come to Jordan for an interactive training on Reward Management. The training reflected the Group's continuous efforts to develop its most treasured asset and the pillar of its success- its employees.
Dr. Maxwell held interactive sessions with Nuqul Group's employees for the period of 3 days at the premises of the Group's head office in Abdoun. The training gathered 16 employees from the HR Departments of the Head Office, API, Levant, Africa, Industrial Complex, Perfect Printing Press, Specialized Industries Company (SPIC) and Senior HR Staff and highlighted the importance of compensation and benefits.
Nuqul Group's HR Director, Mr. Nicola Billeh, said: "The presence of Dr. Maxwell among us has indeed been an opportunity which we plan to capitalize upon through future training and capacity building programs. Our HR team is currently implementing the plan catered to our employees and their needs with the main objective of having the right working environment."
