The customer journey experience included the National ID innovation concept which is set to replace the Health Card in Qatar; PULSE- which is NEXtCARE’s smart and proprietary Provider Portal, linked to the Qatar National ID registration; NEXtCARE’s Provider Kiosk- a unique concept that goes beyond its usual service line and delivers an optimized, digital end-to-end solution to both providers and members; among other digital solutions displayed as a part of the journey
