The Radisson SAS Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek welcomes Antonio De Dominicis as the new Italian Chef De Cuisine at the hotel's trendy Italian restaurant, La Moda.
Antonio De Dominicis, transferred from a globally franchised Italian restaurant in Dubai, where he held the position of Chef De Cuisine, overseeing and managing the overall kitchen operation and preparations.
Originally from San Severo, near Naples - Italy, De Dominicis started his culinary journey at a very young age inspired by his brother, the famous Chef in the family. He then decided to pursue his hobby as a profession and travelled around Europe to work for various 5 star hotels and restaurants.
His main goal as Chef De Cuisine for La Moda is to sustain and further enhance La Moda's award-winning reputation. He brings to La Moda his extensive 14 years experience in cooking preparations and his passion for Italian cuisine.
