Courses start on Saturday, 24 September and are run by Fragomen and Eminent Educational Institute

Dubai, UAE - Fragomen, the world's leading corporate immigration services provider, and Eminent Educational Institute, a UAE learning academy, are launching the nation's first series of immigration courses that aim to help businesses understand, navigate and maintain compliance with the UAE immigration system.

Starting on Saturday, 24 September, the UAE Immigration full-day course will explore the country's business immigration process in depth, in addition to providing participants with an overview of the sponsorship system, visa categories, best practices and compliance risks, among other topics.

Commenting on the launch of the training initiative Murtaza Khan, Partner at Fragomen said: "With a growing number of international enterprises recognizing the benefits of setting up in the UAE and the increasing number of local businesses being launched, the UAE is heavily reliant on international talent. This has resulted in a more complex business environment in need of efficient immigration process management and understanding. Our aim with the launch of these courses is to support the growing business community by ensuring that organizations understand the immigration landscape, and are able to enhance their business mobility."

The training initiative is designed to provide hands-on experience and education on the UAE's immigration framework and sponsorship system. Khan added: "Our new training initiative seeks to encourage both companies and individuals to think about immigration as a more strategic approach to improve business rather than aiming for mere compliance. Our aim is to equip our participants with comprehensive and updated knowledge on the UAE's immigration framework and to go beyond this to portray the benefits that effective immigration processes can offer."

With a great number of free zones in the UAE, differences in requirements and processes for sponsoring visitor and employment visas are overwhelming.

"Through our combined efforts with Fragomen, we hope to play an important role in preparing UAE businesses for the increasing volume of cross-border relations," said Mohammed Fadal, Director, Eminent Educational Institute. "In addition, the opportunity to work with one of the world's leading corporate immigration services providers has enabled us to tap into a new audience base and we are delighted to extend our training services to the corporate sector".

The UAE immigration course will take place on Saturday, 24 September, 2016 starting from 9:30 am and closing at 5:00 pm at the Rayhaan Hotel by Rotana, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
