Over 150 of the region's most eminent Pediatricians gather in Dubai for the 2-day workshop held at the InterContinental

Dubai, UAE - 10 February 2011: Heralding a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to promote science-based nutrition in the region, Nestlé Nutrition Institute - Middle East workshop opens tomorrow at the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City.

More than 150 of the region's most distinguished Pediatricians have gathered for the two-day workshop, which will discuss and debate critical issues pertaining to infant nutrition and immune system development.

"The workshop enables leading Pediatricians to meet and participate in discussions on topics of concern to the regional health community," said Sara Jackson, Country Business Manager Nestlé Nutrition Middle East. "It provides them a platform to exchange knowledge and nutrition expertise, share research findings and formulate future pathways based on scientific evidence and informed choices."

The Nestlé Nutrition Institute has been organizing workshops and conferences on a regular basis since 1981 and has held more than 100 international workshops and symposia till date.
