This web-based software is designed to help the major employers in the region generate Salary Information Files pertaining to the payroll of their employees with proper data integrity and formatting. This would simplify and speed up the processing of these files at the later stages by the Central Bank of UAE. With the strict implementation of the Wages Protection System guidelines of the Ministry of Labour of the UAE Government, Employers and their Banks have to file regular electronic returns about the compensation paid to the workers and have been facing hassles of finding their input files being rejected on account of improper data formatting and integrity issues.
NeST, which has supplied the nodal WPS Compliance Suite to most of UAE's leading banks and Agents, is bullish about this exciting new Business Model. The Employers who use this facility can upload their payroll information in a user-friendly Excel format to get it converted to the Salary Information File (SIF) and can submit it to the Ministry of Labour via the respective Employer Bank. The system will perform all possible validations while generating the SIF file and hence there will not be even a slight chance of getting the file rejected from the Central Bank. In case of any errors/ nonconformities in the uploaded file, it will generate a detailed Error Description that will guide the concerned staff to correct the file.
In case of companies who generate SIF from their respective Payroll departments, there is a high risk involved by getting the SIF rejected from the central bank due to its very strict and stringent validations occurring there.
