A new achievement has been recorded for the National Commercial Bank (NCB) to confirm its leadership in the field of credit cards when MasterCard announced NCB wining of MasterCard 'Best Customer Affinity Program Management' Award for developing a holistic payment solutions portfolio through MasterCard payment solutions. An official awards ceremony was recently held at the MasterCard office in Dubai, which was attended by a number of senior executives from NCB and MasterCard. 

Zahid Hummsani, the Executive Vice President, Sector Head - Consumer Finance, NCB received the plaque from Michael Miebach, President, Middle East and Africa, MasterCard.

NCB is a champion bank for MasterCard in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it is the only bank in the country to offer the entire portfolio of MasterCard payment solutions available in KSA. Today we are delighted to honor NCB's sustained efforts to introduce MasterCard payment solutions to its customers." said Michael Miebach.    

Hummsani, Executive Vice President, Sector Head - Consumer Finance said that this award highlights NCB's excellence in the field of credit cards, as NCB values the competitive capabilities and professionalism being the main drive to improve the banking services and products.  

Hummsani also referred that this award reflects the high professional level of NCB, not only in the field of credit cards but in all consumer finance areas as well.

Hasnain Khoja, the Senior Vice President, Head of Cards and Acquiring Division, NCB stated that receiving this award from an expert company like MasterCard highlights the NCB's superior quality of service in this field, and confirms its leadership in the field of consumer finance banking services as well, in addition to the bank's top ranking position in our region.
