Amman, August 12th, 2007: Nabil Food Products Company, the Kingdom's paramount food manufacturer sponsored its crew of chefs to attend the Professional Culinary Art Exhibits Workshop conducted at the University for Hospitality and Tourism (JAU).

The Professional Culinary Art Exhibits Workshop is conducted by Chef Markus Iten, the Continental Director of the World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) for the Middle East and Africa region and President of the Egyptian Chef association.  The workshop entails the provision of theoretical and practical principles of culinary arts with the purpose of elevating the skills of local chefs to meet with the international standards of professional culinary.

The Professional Culinary Art Exhibits Workshop is part of the 7th International Hospitality Forum's culinary competition. The competition aims to prepare local chefs for international competitions and introduce them with top of the line cooking techniques covering various culinary guidelines such as aspic glazing skills, plate design and modern pastry rules.
