After 18 years of joint ownership of MWH Arabtech Jardaneh(MWHAJ), Arabtech Jardaneh and MWH have mutually agreed that Arabtech Jardaneh will take full ownership of the company. MWH Arabtech Jardaneh (MWHAJ), based in Jordan, has been performing engineering design and services in water, waste, environment and sustainability throughout the Middle East.
The companies will end the joint venture, and MWH is selling its interests to Arabtech Jardaneh. Arabtech Jardaneh has renamed its company AJ Water & Environment (AJWE). The majority of the joint venture employees will remain with the company. AJ Water & Environment is proud of its heritage with MWH and will maintain the service excellence provided to clients. The company will focus on sustainable utility infrastructure solutions for small and large communities. MWH will remain a trusted global partner of AJWE but will continue its operations in Jordan and the Middle East independently of the AJgroup.
