Dubai, United Arab Emirates - BurJuman is ready to tantalize your taste buds during the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) when they host the Food Surprises celebrations from 12 - 18 July.
Each day, from 5:30pm to 10:00pm, the ultimate luxury shopping destination will highlight all kinds of dishes from a wide range of Middle Eastern cuisine, while internationally-acclaimed chefs from well-known hotels will be cooking up a storm and showcasing the latest in culinary accessories.
This cooking fiesta will bring together food aficionados from across the Emirates to savour various flavours from an exotic array of gourmet and culinary delights. Middle Eastern cuisine is considered to be one of the healthiest in the world, and like other cultures around the Mediterranean, food is eaten leisurely with plenty of appetizers.
In addition to the cooking demonstration, chefs from the Sydney International Courses in Dubai (SICD) will be organizing cooking workshops for children and adults, and displaying their culinary techniques with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment provided by Kitchens & Beyond and Teka Kuchentechnik.
BurJuman is also a participant in the Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG) exciting summer promotion offering shoppers who spend AED 200 the fantastic opportunity to "Shop and Win Millions."
