Michelin has announced important updates to its services and offers in the United Arab Emirates announcing adoptions of rigorous safety protocols at its stores following government directives of safety regulations for COVID-19, as well as exciting offers and promotions for its customers.

To ensure customers receive premium care and experience in a safe environment, Michelin has put in place, a stringent standard operating procedure of POS sterilisation program, staff and consumer protection across all its workshops in the United Arab Emirates. These safety protocols strictly adhere to both Michelin guidelines and the Government mandated standards to ensure safety of both our employees and customers. All workshops undergo deep sterilisation measures regularly and all staff are tested daily and briefed on safety protocols and on-premise hygiene.

Naser Shashaa, Regional Director - Michelin Middle East Cluster said “After a long period of time spent at home, we know the importance of embracing the new normal outdoors and being mobile while being safe at the same time. That is why we are launching this exciting Back to Normal Campaign to bring a smile to those who need replacements of old tyres when they visit our stores”

Upon arriving, visitors will have to undergo mandated temperature screening, adhere to social distancing norms, wear masks and use hand sanitizers, which are placed throughout the facilities. To make their purchase decision a memorable one after the lockdown, Michelin is also offering exciting complimentary services to its customers such as free car sanitization and tyre checks, along with an offer savings of up-to AED 400 upon purchase of Michelin tyres in stores until July 30th 2020.
