MerCURRIES Lounge & Restaurants launched a new branded concept of fine dining contemporary Indian cuisine and announced its ambitious plans to launch the home grown fine dining concept globally.
Aimed to provide a diverse range of fast moving Indian food in a contemporary fine dining style suited to a multi ethnic palate; the stylishly appointed ambience of the restaurant will be replicated across the key markets, announced Abdulla Al Daboos, chairman - The MerCURRIES Group. The evening was signatured by the presence of select high profile attendees who sampled the specially designed menu for the evening.
"The Indian food market is one of the fastest growing markets internationally and offers diversity in style and variety. MerCURRIES plans to tap this vast market for branded contemporary Indian food and will expand to the GCC, the United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Far East. Celebrating the joys of diversity so reminiscent of the land of its birth, UAE; a team of master chefs have created a core north west frontier cuisine with several first to their credit. MerCURRIES Kebab Cake, Indian Sushi's - a rare combination of herb treated meats and vegetables in a sushi wrap, Indian Manakish - a delightful fusion of Lebanese and Indian food.
The interiors have been crafted by specially commissioned Italian design team to reflect a modern contemporary Italian designs.
