Ceremony marks start of major new hospital project

Dubai, UAE: Fresh from the completion of its combination with Al Noor Hospitals Group this week, Mediclinic Middle East has broken ground on Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, its new 150+ bed general hospital located strategically on Um Suqeim Road near Arabian Ranches in Dubai. 

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by H.E. Saif Bin Markham Al Ketbi, Director General of the Office of the Crown Prince of Dubai, David Hadley, CEO of Mediclinic Middle East, Mohammed Rashid Al Ketbi, Ahmed Ali, Executive Director of Mediclinic Middle East and Dr. Tarek Fathey, COO of Mediclinic Middle East.

David Hadley commented:  "I am delighted that the construction of Mediclinic Parkview Hospital is now underway.  This new hospital will bring the same level of service and treatment that our patients have come to expect from Mediclinic's existing hospitals in Dubai Healthcare City and Al Garhoud, but in a far more convenient location for those living in 'New Dubai'."

Once finished at the end of 2018, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital will provide international standard healthcare services to the southern area of Dubai which is currently under-serviced by a facility of this quality.
