Dubai, UAE -8th August, 2011: In the context of by diplomatic and consular missions visits to Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), H.E. Saeed Mohamed Al Tayer MD & CEO of DEWA received in his office Tariq Iqbal Soomro, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai, accompanied by Mansoor Ahmed Bajwa, Commercial Counselor, in a courtesy visit on the occasion of his new appointment.
H.E. Al Tayer welcomed the delegation and wished the new Consul success in his new functions aiming at promoting collaboration and development of bilateral relations as well as exploring the opportunities of future cooperation.
Tariq Iqbal Soomro, Pakistan's Consul General in Dubai expressed his government's keenness to strengthen bilateral relations, explaining that his visit will pave the way for a new era of fruitful cooperation with the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.
The Indonesian Consul General hailed the facilities and services rendered by DEWA to the companies in the UAE which provide them with opportunities to make outstanding achievements, and extended his thanks to H.E. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer MD & CEO of DEWA for the warm reception and providing the opportunity to gain knowledge on DEWA and its achievements.
