DUBAI, UAE : McDonald’s UAE has unveiled updates to its customer ordering experience with the addition of the ‘Order Ahead’ Service. Using the McDonald’s App, customers can now order their meals and pay in advance for pick up at front counters and Drive-Thru across the country at their convenience. Those who wish to enjoy dine-in can also use the service to skip the queues and have their orders delivered to their tables.

The customer experience is at the heart of our offering and the new service ensures a customized ordering that best suits everyone’s needs. The development also aligns with growing customer demand for convenient solutions to the end-to-end experience, as well as the increasing role of mobile devices in the purchasing process.

Orders will be ready at the counters for those who choose to pick up from the restaurant, or can be delivered directly to customers who choose table service. Those who wish to pick up their order at one of the Drive-Thru service many locations can do so conveniently by ordering and paying in advance. The process is also integrated with the Rewards Program, allowing customers to earn and redeem reward points.
