Mannai's Investment in Facilities Key to Winning Performance
Doha, 17 December 2006: Mannai's Heavy Equipment Division (HED) has been named JCB's 'Overall Best Performing Dealer' for 2006 at the JCB Annual Middle East Dealer Conference, which was recently held in Bahrain.
Mannai HED, which is part of Mannai Corporation and Qatar's exclusive distributor for JCB, Grove and Massey Ferguson, also picked up this year's award for 'Most Improved Parts Performance', at this year's JCB Dealer Awards which are designed to showcase dealer excellence, in terms of overall sales, market share and sales targets for 2007.
The UK-headquartered JCB, which is one of the world's largest construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers and a market leader in many of the 150 countries where its machines are sold, hosted their Annual Middle East Dealer Conference at the end of November to discuss dealer performance, sales targets, new products and developments in after sales support.
As Qatar's leading distributor of quality industrial and construction equipment, Ahmed Said, Heavy Equipment Division Manager, Mannai Corporation commented that the JCB product range combined with the Division's comprehensive after sales service programme was a successful formula.

The JCB awards top off a big year for Mannai HED, which opened its new QR 4.2 million showroom and service facility in Doha's industrial area in July.
"Our ongoing commitment to investing in our facilities is a fundamental reason behind Mannai's ability to compete for awards, such as the JCB Dealer Awards. The new Mannai Heavy Equipment Division facility is dedicated to sales and service support, and offers a friendly and comfortable area for customers to see and experience Mannai's international equipment range," explained Said.
Said added that the recently opened facility will also further enhance Mannai HED's ability to provide after sales support, as new the building incorporates a clean and occupationally safe workshop devoted to product support services.
