With the Opening of Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX) 2010
Dr. Al Bastaki: Wahat Al Muharraq and Janayin Al Hamala Belong to Elegant, Practical Units
Bahraini and Gulf Privacy, Premier Location and Proximity to Services....Some of the Advantages of the Two Projects
Two new residential projects were unveiled by Manara Developments Company today (Thursday), revealed Managing Director Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki.
The two new projects, which were developed recently, are "Wahat Al Muharraq" and "Janayin Al Hamala," which comprise more than 90 residential units and are located in two premier residential areas which are witnessing high demand.
In a statement on this occasion, Dr. Al Bastaki said: "We, at Manara, deemed it fit to launch the two projects on the first day of opening Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX 2010), which Manara is honored to be its Prime sponsor, given the high importance attached to the two projects in pushing forward elegant, high quality residential projects with reasonable prices."
He noted that BIPEX, which has become one of the most important property exhibitions on the agenda of hundreds of property and development companies, and thousands of entrants to the industry, strengthens and enhances such projects which translate new property policies and trends, and meet the requirements and aspirations of Bahraini and gulf families seeking to own high quality houses of elegant design at very reasonable prices. "Therefore, we are now developing four projects (two announced before and the two revealed today) which target the seekers of elegant and practical houses that are modern and provide convenience and comfort at the same time," he added.
Dr. Al Bastaki continued: "Wahat Al Muharraq and Janayin Al Hamala are given all due attention by the technical teams of Manara, just like all the projects which the Company is developing. All basic requirements have been taken into consideration, which are the requirements of Bahraini and Gulf families, in addition to attention to minute details of maintaining privacy in design and construction, synergy between the villas and the surrounding environment, the premier geographical location in a place that is readily accessible, with all the required modern services and comprehensive infrastructure. This constitutes a perfect architectural interface with the surrounding environment, in addition to an important and attractive aspect, namely that the price of the residential unit is affordable."
Managing Director of Manara Development Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki said: "Wahat Al Muharraq consists of 47 residential villas, while Janayin Al Hamala consists of 44 villas, some of which are dubbed "typical villas," which are semi-attached with the neighbouring villas. There are also bigger villas, which are called corner villas."
The two projects use modern designs, with due regard to family privacy, in addition to environmental considerations and natural illumination inside the villas, as well as employing all energy saving methods, making Wahat Al Muharraq and Janayin Al Hamala two of the environmentally-friendly projects due to attention to minute details.
Designers of the two projects made great efforts to make the villas comfortable and spacious, providing easy movement, with the locations of certain services changed, in addition to the possible vertical construction in the future, since drawings were made to factor the possible construction of three floors if the owner wishes to do so.
Each villa in the two projects consists of three rooms and two kitchens (internal and external), two bathrooms and halls, parking for two cars and the possible construction of a small swimming pool in the backyard of the villa.
Commenting on this, Dr. Al Bastaki said: "The selection of the locations of the projects is one of the main fundamentals which we use for the purpose of enduring integrated quality combining design and proximity to services and an excellent transport network," adding, "this is all available in Wahat Al Muharraq and Janayin Al Hamala, as both projects have many special specifications of the transport network. For example, Wahat Al Muharraq is very close to more than one causeway connecting Muharraq with the mainland, as well as its proximity to the airport and Khalifa Port, making it a residential area par excellence, and a steadily growing area with a breathtaking sea front."
The two projects, in both Muharraq and Al Hamala, are now in their early stage, with plans in the pipeline to construct more similar residential units drawn from the same design spirit, and scheme.
At the same time, new areas of Al Hamala are witnessing considerable growth, amid a beautiful rural setting, and with modern residential projects of elegant lines. This gives Janayin Al Hamala a unique residential setting that is well planned with investments in mind and integrated infrastructural services. In addition, the project is close to the main highways connecting King Fahad Causeway and its link to Al Hamala and the capital Manama and Seef District adding to its advantages, as both areas are located on its peripheries.
Concluding his statement, Dr. Al Bastaki said: "We, at Manara, hope that we will give a new dimension and a qualitative addition to Bahrain International Property Exhibition (BIPEX) by launching the two new residential projects, being part of the main residential requirements of Bahrain and the region, and due to their interface and integration with the two previous residential projects launched by the company earlier this year. This puts Manara Developments at the forefront of developing companies which implement their slogan "All Considered" which takes into account an integrated socio-economic vision."
