Dubai, December 27, 2006 : Etisalat today announced that visitors to the Mall of the Emirates would be able to surf the Internet wirelessly through its iZone WiFi hotspots at all coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and common areas giving visitors convenient access to the Internet whenever they want. The WiFi coverage at the Mall will be a great asset for visitors in addition to the wide variety of entertainment , shopping and leisure attractions available at the Mall.
Visitors to the Mall of the Emirates which is the leading shopping mall in the UAE and the largest mall outside of North America will now be able to enjoy the benefits of iZone WiFi hotspots by conveniently surfing the Internet through a fast and reliable wireless Internet connection for laptops/notebook computers and PDAs across the mall.
Wasel subscribers will also be able to enjoy access to wireless Internet by getting their charges debited directly from their available credit. Visitors can also access iZone through their Etisalat Prepaid Cards, iZone Prepaid Cards, Credit Cards, Dial Up account , Al Shamil account, iZone Single & Multi-user subscriptions, Postpaid GSM account and WiFi roaming arrangements.
