Leading Dubai based international bank, Lloyds TSB Dubai, has today opened its newest Customer Service Centre at Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), behind Wafi City. From its new purpose built offices, Lloyds TSB will be able to serve both personal and business customers. Lloyds TSB Dubai is the only triple A rated bank in Dubai and the first bank to be located in DHCC. DHCC is positioned as the healthcare services hub of the region.
The new Customer Service Centre at DHCC will be open six days a week from 8 am to 6 pm. Both new and existing customers will be able to gain assistance on new accounts, personal loans, car loans or home loans, credit cards and fixed deposits. The ATM facility allows customers to deposit cheques, withdraw cash and make cash deposits 24 hours a day. The centre also offers a cybercaf style corner for Internet banking comprising of a coffee and juice bar.
At today's opening event, Giles Cunningham, Regional Manager of Lloyds TSB in the UAE & Gulf states, said, "Dubai Healthcare City is one of the latest developments by Dubai Holdings and we are thrilled to open our Customer Service Centre here. The main branch of Lloyds TSB is in Jumeirah, housed in a custom built landmark building, located on Al Wasl Road opposite Safa Park. The bank also has another Customer Service Centre located in the heart of the Arabian Ranches residential development in the Arabian Ranches Community Centre. Lloyds TSB Dubai employs 170 people and provides a full range of services including: Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Offshore Banking, Private Banking, Treasury Services and Trade Finance Services. In addition to market leading auto and home loans, credit cards, personal and commercial loans, current and savings accounts, and fixed term deposits, Lloyds TSB Dubai also offers easy accessibility to telephone banking and secure Internet banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
