Amman, Jordan: LG Electronics (LG), global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, and its distributor for IT products, PC Jordan, held their annual IT dealer seminar on April 12, 2009, at the Landmark Hotel. The seminar comes as part of LG and PC Jordan's continued efforts to strengthen ties with its dealer partners, bolstering a relationship built on mutual trust and benefit. LG Electronics also showcased its latest technological advances in the field of IT, and put its recent achievements in the limelight.
With over 150 attendees, the event comprised a number of presentations delineating LG's pioneering position in the LCD Monitor and portable PC business for the past 10 years, establishing an outstanding reputation for pushing boundaries through its combination of stylish design and cutting edge technology. The seminar also drew attention to a number of remarkable LG products which were recently launched, such as the LG Netbook X110 which has already taken the market by storm with its compact size and functionality.

Al Katout also announced that PC Jordan and LG Electronics will soon be launching a specialised Service Center dedicated to supporting LG's notebook customers. Through this center, PC Jordan will be providing specialised and unprecedented services to its customers.
It is also worth mentioning that as part of its pioneering customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, LG Electronics Levant has recently launched its integrated Customer Information Center (CIC) to offer the highest levels of support to its customers in Jordan.
