Over 50 attendees from Oman reseller and retail channel participated in a two-day training sponsored by Lexmark
Lexmark, a leading provider of printing solutions and services, initiated the implementation of their channel training program, which involves working with resellers and retailers in key markets across the region, helping them to successfully sell and integrate Lexmark printing Solutions. The training program pilot session took place in the Sultanate of Oman last week of February.
The two-day product and sales training covered the whole Lexmark product range with a special focus on the latest products as well as solutions, followed by a technical training on the second day. Over 50 people from key partners such as Emax, Carrefour, Lulu, Integrated Systems, Bishara, Jawad Sultan and Al Hashar Group participated.
"Our channel partners are critical to our business success and we value them as they have supported Lexmark to develop into a market leader in printing solutions in the region," said Francois Feuillet, General Manager of Lexmark Middle East.
The new Lexmark initiative is designed to support the channel partner community and reseller network and will further strengthen Lexmark's ability to provide cost-effective printing solutions to market.
