The order is for township development encompassing construction of the following:-

- Related Building Services.
- HV/LV Installations.
- External Services.
- Roads & Culverts.
- Perimeter Fencing.
The promoters of the project are Muscat Golf Course Project LLC, one of the major developers in Sultanate of Oman. The project site is located near Al Seeb International Airport.
The project completion period is 21 months & the consultants for the project are M/s Cowi & Partners LLC and Cost Consultants will be M/s Majan Engg. Consultants.
