Amman, Jordan - 22 April 2007: Kaaks and Crepes (K&C), an up and coming innovative restaurant, recently signed with VARCC Arabian Communications for their expertise and insight in public relations.  Kaaks and Crepes and VARCC will be working hand in hand in promoting the restaurant by building strong customer and media relations.  VARCC will be setting a complete public relations strategy, aimed at achieving K&C's communication objectives in setting a strong foundation in Jordan that may later extend across the world.  Kaaks and Crepes will be challenging the food and beverage industry in Jordan through its pioneering concept and global business standards as they take the restaurant industry to new levels.

Kaaks and Crepes will be leading the restaurant industry by providing world-class methodologies in both service and quality of food, so it may break barriers between national borders.  Kaaks and Crepes's cuisine combines traditional and modern food, as it will serve traditional food such as kaake and crepes with unique ingredients.

The Kingdom of Jordan is the starting point for this new restaurant concept that is approaching the world one country at a time.  Its public relations approach is pivotal in building customer and media loyalty.  That is why the set strategy emphasizes on developing the restaurant's image and business methodologies to the media and the consumers.

George Gerges, General Manager of K&C signed the agreement on behalf of owner Mr. Wael Shtayeh, with Tala Abu Taha, General Manager of VARCC.  Regarding launching K&C in Jordan, Gerges stated, "After studying the various market opportunities in the region, our research

showed that Jordan is a prime location to launch such a new and innovative initiative.  Not only is the country secure and developing rapidly economically, but the people are also open minded, supportive and are willing to try new things."

Gerges continued to stated, "Our restaurant concept is a combination of classic and contemporary cuisine.  The menu options we provide can satisfy a customer's craving whether it's for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert.  The ambiance set has also been carefully studied to add to the customer's experience, from the chairs to the music.  Because our concept is new, we believe VARCC's support will enhance our presence in the market and communicate our objectives accurately and efficiently to our target audience."

Tala Abu Taha also stated regarding the new partnership, "The Kingdom is opening opportunities for investors from across the Middle East region to enter the Jordanian market.  It is our pleasure to support those investors; who have confidence in the power of public relations.  With K&C, we will be establishing the foundation of the restaurant, with the vision of expanding it across the Middle East.  By understanding the consumer demand and K&C's vision, we will be able to provide effective strategies tailored to the market.  This is certainly an opportunity to implement such strategies to launch off with K&C and its wide set vision."
