Dubai, 08 October 2006: Jumbo Electronics, the leader in consumer Electronics and Retail in the UAE, has formed a strategic alliance with Syscom Emirates LLC, a renowned specialist in Internal Communications Network Installations and Maintenance, to jointly develop and offer a wide range of IT and Telephony solutions to companies across the UAE and GCC region.
The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that sets out the terms of collaboration based on the strengths of both Jumbo and Syscom Emirates. It was signed by Arvind Sahay, Head of Enterprises Solutions Division (ESD), Jumbo Electronics and Yawar Sajjad, General Manager, Syscom Emirates.
