Al Saied: our main investment is our human capital

Cairo - Within the framework of focusing on human resources development, ITS, the leading international IT solutions provider participated at the 6th  international conference on Information and Communications Technology organized by Information Technology Institute(ITI) recently  under the auspices of Dr. Tarek Kamel, Minister of Communications and IT.  

 "Human Capital Development for Progress" was the main topic of the conference. Mr. Khalid Faraj Al Saied, ITS CEO and General Manager was a key speaker of the panel discussions. Faraj demonstrated the company's efforts in developing Human Capital, the element he considers a key investment tool and the actual capital, which contributes in achieving all the targets planned for. At the same time he emphasized the importance of human capital in IT industry in whole, to bring about practical and state of the art solutions for both IT involved companies and governments worldwide, in a dynamic world develops hour after another.

"Frankly speaking, ITS basically rely on human resources, and if only we succeed to attract human capabilities characterized by creativity and out of the box mentality, in addition to ITS intensive training, and if only we succeed in attracting right elements characterized by Creativity and out of the box thinking, we will fulfill tremendous success in achieving our targets." said Al Saied.

Mr. Khalid suggests that the pressuring world economic crisis includes countless opportunities, which ITS will be able to seize, thanks to our precious HR capital.
