Manama: Invita, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization in this region, is all set to expand its business in the GCC. Invita, a fully owned subsidiary of BBK Bank and established in Bahrain in 2006, , has signed a Joint Venture Shareholding Agreement with a Kuwaiti based National Technology Enterprises Company, a fully owned subsidiary of Kuwait Investment Authority. The Agreement was signed by Mr. Mohammed Malik on behalf of Invita Company B.S.C © in the presence of Mr. Rahul Bhalla and Mr. Anas Meerza of National Technology Enterprises Company KSCC, (NTEC) in the presence of Mr. Izzat Abou-Amarah.
This agreement will bring together Invita's expertise in providing multimedia Contact Center, currently serving businesses and organizations across various sectors and NTEC's reach in setting up a BPO company to serve Kuwaiti businesses and organizations.
Mr. Mohammed Malik said, "We, at Invita, are very proud to associate with NTEC to form a partnership and we are eagerly looking forward to extending our services to the Kuwaiti market. This is definitely our first venture out of Bahrain, while more such kind of ventures are on the anvil".
Mr. AnasMerza said, "We were on the lookout for a regional established partner for offering tailored multimedia contact center services to our customers in Kuwait." He emphasized his happiness in having Invita as their strategic partner, "considering Invita's expertise in handling multi-faceted customers in the region while remaining competitive".
