Dubai : Innovations Group, UAE’s leading HR consultancy firm has a dedicated temp job portal ‘Justtempit’. Justtempit recently organized a job fair at Grand Excelsior Hotel, Bur Dubai. Aspiring candidates were offered an opportunity to directly engage with recruiters at the fair to apply for more than 500 open positions.
Sectors such as IT, healthcare, E-Commerce, Retail, and financial technology are actively hiring a highly skilled workforce in the UAE. The Job Fair was organised with an intent to create an avenue for recruiters to explain current job openings to potential employees.
The event attracted over 500 registrations of job seekers from across the UAE. Some of the most reputed leading companies from various verticals like Retail, E-commerce, Hospitality, Logistics and Healthcare have setup their booth at the event to connect with the prospective employees.
Providing detailed information about the Job Fair, Nikhil Nanda, Operations Manager at Innovation Group said, “The UAE's growth trajectory, stable work ecosystem and its strategic location has opened doors of opportunities for people from across the globe. Applicants were chosen by the prominent firms in the UAE for various positions like customer service executives, tele sales executives, warehouse associates, Retail sales assistants and stock controllers.
More than 300 job seekers received the offer letter from the prominent firms in the UAE for different job roles.
“With the economy heading back to normal, Temporary jobs or project-based opportunities are gaining popularity among employees looking to re-enter the workforce or migrating to different industries. The job fair is an attempt to bridge the gap and create positive avenues for temp job seekers and employers.” Nikhil added.
