The new office with more capacity was opened at the heart of the capital city of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ICSPL has alliances and partnerships with various vendors and Solution Providers to market their services, exclusively, in Middle East and Africa.
Riyadh as a capital of Saudi Arabia has turned out to be increasingly promising market for ICSPL Saudi Arabia.
According to company officials, ICSPL has been able to gain a large number of corporate customers. Opening of our new branch office reflects our promising growth in this country, stated by Mr. Mohammad Sharib, Director Business Development & Marketing at ICSPL.
According to company officials, ICSPL's objective is to work towards the betterment of the end-users by bringing to them the latest technology and products. Working in this direction, ICSPL will invest the necessary resources and bring in the expertise needed to develop the market.
Increasing ARPU is a growing challenge within most large and medium sized Telco Operators and we are excited to launch our GSM VAS "PUSH EMAIL" which works without GPRS/ Internet Connection, first of its kind application in Middle East offering on-demand access to mails and alerts without use of mobile internet connection/GPRS data plan for which we see a big potential in the Middle East and Africa market.
" PUSH EMAIL " which converts ordinary phones into smart phones and allow users to access their mails, compose them and send besides providing access to alerts from social networking sites without use of mobile internet connection/GPRS.
We are in talks with some of the leading Telecom Operators in Middle East & Africa for launching "Jaamun" as a Value Added Service.
The "PUSH EMAIL" Service that we are proposing to operators is presently being marketed in India under the brand name "Jaamun". As of now, it is being marketed directly to end users through our portal.
Mr.Sharib said few benefits that "Jaamun" offers to the end-user & the operator:
1. Zero investment on new handsets on the part of end user as any existing device that supports SMS can be used to access "Jaamun" service. Users don't need to subscribe for GPRS services or install any application on mobile to use "Jaamun" service.
2. SMS & SMS based value added services contribute a minimum of 50% to the VAS revenues in emerging markets. From the perspective of mobile operators, service like "Jaamun" which offers reply email & forward email features on SMS, could generate around 50 Mobile Originated SMS per subscriber every month.
For launching the service as a Value Added Service, we need to integrate with the operator's SMS account. Subsequent to the integration, "Jaamun" would be responsible for activating and operating service for the end user, while the operator would promote the service through its website, automated IVR based voice calls, SMS and other effective channels. Revenue is shared on the monthly subscription & the mobile originated SMS generated from "Jaamun" service.
Our target is to launch these services with Middle East & Africa operators by the end of this year.
Apart from Email on SMS service we are also offer a VoIP & social networking service on mobile said Mr. Sharib, Director Business Development & Marketing of ICSPL Saudi Arabia. Some of key features of the service are
- VoIP calls over 3G/Wi-Fi network
- Integrated with popular social networks such as Facebook & Twitter
- Application has been designed for popular mobiles on Symbian (Nokia), Android mobiles & iPhone
ICSPL Saudi Arabia declares it aim of expanding and consolidating its position as a leading IT & Telecom Solutions Provider company in Saudi Arabia.
