Dubai - International Data Corporation (IDC) today announced that the 2016 edition of its popular annual IT Forum roadshow will be expanded to include nine stops as it traverses the Middle East over the next three months. More than 1,000 IT professionals attended the five events held last year, and the global ICT research and advisory services firm is expecting that figure to top 1,500 under the new format.
"Last year's installment proved to be an overwhelming success, so we are delighted to be adding Cairo, Muscat, Khobar, and Kuwait to our list of stops for the IT Forum 2016," says Jyoti Lalchandani, IDC's group vice president and regional managing director for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. "Hosted under the theme 'Digital Transformation: Leveraging IT to Future Proof Your Business' the roadshow will provide a perfect platform for IT executives looking to gain a clearer understanding of the wave of digitally-empowered technologies and processes that are currently sweeping across the Middle East."
