Wireless Digital Picture Frame allows consumers to share the moment instantly anytime, anywhere

14th May, 2007 Dubai, UAE - i-mate the Dubai-based specialist in Windows Mobile devices and software, today announces the Middle East launch of a product line extension, the Momento wireless digital picture frame. The wireless Momento features one of the most brilliantly sharp LCD screens on the market and will be on display at the Eon stand HT161 at Hometech Middle East, the trade fair for consumer electronics at the Dubai International Exhibition & Convention Centre from 13th to 15th May 2007.

Momento lets users stream their digital photos from their PC or mobile device, play directly from a digital camera's memory card, and send new pictures instantly to the Momento via the Momento Live! web-based Service (www.momentolive.com), allowing them to share the moment - any time, anywhere. The Momento is certified for use with Windows Vista, is compatible with Windows XP and has built-in Wi-fi for unparalleled mobility, flexibility, quick setup and fast data rate transfers.

As part of its optimization for Windows Vista, Momento wireless digital picture frames take advantage of Windows SideShow, allowing users to view PC based content on the Momento display screen such as email and instant message alerts, weather, stock quotes or check flight reservations, watch video and listen to music whether their PC is on, off or in sleep mode.

Also available is the Momento Live! online subscription service that works hand-in-hand with the Momento, uniquely allowing users to receive digital pictures from anywhere in the world that can then be transferred instantly to the Momento digital frame. Every Momento frame comes with a free 30-day trial of Momento Live!

The Momento comes in two models, the Momento 100 retailing at approximately AED 1,200, with a 10.2" high-resolution 800 x 480 display, and the Momento 70, retailing at approximately 950AED , with a high-resolution 7", 800 x 480 display screen. Additional features of the Momento include the ability to display photos in landscape or portrait form, built-in storage for favorite photos, customizable slideshows, mattes and frames and a remote control.

Momento will be available in all Cellucom, Carrefour and EON shows by June 1st and in regional mobile phone and consumer electronics stores mid-June.
