DUBAI (United Arab Emirates): Hydra Properties, the leading UAE-based international property developer, today announced the completion of excavation work for the prestigious Marina Spirit residential towers located at Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.

Marina Spirit consists of two luxurious towers rising up to forty floors and offers breathtaking views of the Marina, the azure Arabian Gulf and a neighborhood that is being rapidly turned into a glamorous zone. Giving a micro view of the project, Eng. Jonathan Ing, Project Manager, Hydra Properties, said: "We are very much confident that enabling work can be finished by the end of October. The current piling work is being carried out by Navayuga Engineering Company Limited (NECL) and they are leaving no stone unturned in order to achieve an early execution of the task. As excavation and shoring process has already been completed and currently over 50 per cent of the piling work is done."
The work on the project was started in June 2008 and is expected to be completed by June 2011.
