Dedicated team of specialists to serve corporate customer needs
HSBC yesterday launched the new Corporate Customer Service Team as part of a pro-active strategy to improve customer service. The CEO of HSBC Bank Middle East Limited Qatar, Mr Abdul Hakeem Mostafawi, a long serving corporate customer, Mr Zakaria M. Abujbara, Baracoda Trading and Contracting Company and the Regional Head of Commercial Banking (from corporate), Mr Keith Bradley, have officially inaugurated the services of the new Corporate Customer Service Team during a ceremony in the bank.
"In order to fulfill our corporate customer's expectations we have reviewed our existing service and based on the valuable feedback received from our customers we have decided to undertake a recent organisational change to provide our corporate customers with an enhanced level of service," said Abdul Hakeem Mostafawi, CEO of HSBC Qatar. "The new Corporate Customer Service Team will attend to the needs of our customers with a special focus on customer's operational, service and transactional banking needs," he added.
The team under leadership of Avril Hamilton aim to ensure immediate response to customer's incoming telephone calls and e-mails. An experienced Customer Service Team will meet customers face-to-face and pro-actively solve queries over the telephone. All banking products and services such as opening new accounts, guidance on Business Internet Banking and self service channels will be handled by the team.
