23 Marina to be 380-metre tribute to Dubai's real estate vision
Dubai, March 21st, 2005: Leading Dubai property developer ETA Star is teaming up with the designer of some of region's most sought-after communities to erect a tower destined to become one of Dubai Marina's most impressive landmarks. Hircon LLC, ETA Star's joint venture with India's Hiranandani Developers Pte. Ltd., is to build a 90-storey edifice, to be known as '23 Marina'.
By linking up with ETA Star, Hiranandani, creator of one of Mumbai's most desirable residential addresses at Hiranandani Gardens in Powai, is consolidating its moves into international markets. Towering to 380 metres, 23 Marina encompasses 48 exclusive duplex apartments on the top floors of the 90 storey tower.
