Four New Senior Appointments for Egypt's Pre-Eminent International Hospitality Company

Cairo, Egypt, 4 September 2013: Hilton Worldwide is strengthening its hotel operational team in Egypt with the appointment of four general managers at properties in Alexandria, Hurghada, Sharm El Sheikh and Nuweiba.

Stepping up to new roles is Ehab Barghouth at Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza, Michail Michail at Hilton Hurghada Long Beach Resort, and Mehdi Othmani at Hilton Hurghada Plaza.  Meanwhile, Magdy Metwally, currently GM at Hilton Sharm Dreams, now takes on responsibility for additional two properties as Cluster GM for 3 properties including; Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort, Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort and Hilton Nuweiba Coral Resort.

An Egyptian national, Ehab Barghouth joined Hilton Worldwide in 2008 and was formerly regional director of revenue for Hilton Worldwide Egypt & Levant before moving into operations.

With over 25 years hotel and hospitality experience, Michail Michail joined Hilton Worldwide as a general manager at Hilton Hurghada Long Beach Resort following a strong background in Egypt from Cairo to Dahab and Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada.

Mehdi Othmani joined Hilton Worldwide as general manager following over 15 years hotel experience in Egypt including Taba and El Quseir.

Magdy Metwally joined Hilton Worldwide in 1992 and has enjoyed a number of hotel operational and management positions across Egypt.
