DUBAI, UAE - 15 May, 2011 - Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Directors of Operations - Boris Guerov who will now oversee all operations at the hotel and Oliver Kesseler who will head the team at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence, scheduled to open later this year.
Having occupied senior positions with Hilton across the globe, both Boris and Oliver will bring invaluable experience and a fresh approach to their respective teams in Dubai.
Boris joins Hilton Dubai Jumeirah after almost 2 years as Director of Operations at The Waldorf Hilton in London. Of his move to Dubai, Boris says "After being with the company for 10 years in Continental Europe and the UK I consider re-locating to the Middle East as a natural step in my hotel career. Dubai is an exciting destination providing fantastic opportunities from a commercial point of view and a great field for achievement and improvement for hospitality professionals. I look forward to being part of a well established and highly motivated team aiming to achieve the highest level of guest service and satisfaction."
With a career spanning 13 years with Hilton, German born Oliver has moved to Dubai from Bulgaria where he held the position of Director of Operations at Hilton Sofia for over 2 years. Oliver will be responsible for overseeing the successful launch and operation of the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence which is scheduled to open later this year and says:
